304L Stainless Steel Coil is widely used for formed parts, equipment skins, and welded assemblies that need general corrosion resistance without chloride-critical alloy cost. Align ASTM A240 / EN 10088, thickness × width, 2B/BA/No.4 finish, edge condition, and EN 10204 3.1 heat identity before container loading. For coastal or chemical chloride service, evaluate 316L rather than forcing 304L into the wrong duty.

Confirm grade 304L or acceptable alternate, surface finish, thickness, width, edge, coil weight limits, quantity, destination port, packing/protection method, and whether EN 10204 3.1 MTC or third-party inspection is required.
304L has lower carbon content and is commonly preferred for welded fabrication to reduce risk of intergranular corrosion in the heat-affected zone. 304 may still be acceptable for non-critical welded or non-welded parts. Share weld process and service environment for a practical recommendation.
We can coordinate mill test certificates (typically EN 10204 3.1), packing lists, commercial invoice support, heat or coil identification, loading photos, and optional SGS, BV, or Intertek inspection before shipment.
